Why should I invest in real estate?There are four main benefits you get from real estate investments: INCOME - cash flow is the main factor people typically think of when it comes to real estate. This is your rental income minus any expenses (mortgage, maintenance, fees, etc.). EQUITY BUILD-UP - as the tenants pay rent each month, you pay off the principal on your mortgage and you build equity over time. TAX SAVINGS - Most of the expenses for the property are tax deductible. You can deduct the mortgage interest, property taxes, insurance, maintenance and the management fees are all tax deductible. You can also write-off the depreciation of the property, even if the property appreciates in value. APPRECIATION - One of the best benefits of real estate is appreciation. Real estate is a long term investment. Although there will be ups and downs in the market, data has shown that real estate appreciates over time.

How long will it take to find tenants?There is no exact answer for this, but historically we have been able to find great tenants in as little as 2 weeks from listing the property for rent. Depending on the location of your property and the time of year, it may take longer but rest assured, we will work hard to make sure we find the perfect tenants for your property.
